1. Eligibility Requirements

The LoneStar Casino Rolex Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is a promotional sweepstakes sponsored by REALPLAY LTD (DBA LONESTAR) (the “Sponsor”).

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who satisfy all of the following requirements:

1. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

2. Must be a legal resident of an eligible United States state.

3. Must visit mrlonestar.com and click the designated LoneStar Casino affiliate link directing them to lonestarcasino.com.

4. Must create a new LoneStar Casino account on lonestarcasino.com using a valid, accessible email address and password.

5. Must successfully complete account registration during the official Giveaway entry period.

6. Must comply with these Official Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.

Account creation is entirely free.

NO PURCHASE, DEPOSIT, WAGER, OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Purchasing, depositing, or participating in any paid activity does not increase the odds of winning.

Accounts created independently, through other affiliate links, or outside the Giveaway entry period do not qualify.

2. Geographic Restrictions

THE GIVEAWAY IS VOID IN THE FOLLOWING STATES:

California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington.

The Giveaway is also void in all United States territories and any other jurisdiction where:

• LoneStar Casino or its sweepstakes services are unavailable or prohibited.

• Sweepstakes promotions of this nature are prohibited, restricted, or unlawful.

• Applicable registration, bonding, licensing, or other regulatory requirements have not been satisfied.

• Participation would violate applicable federal, state, or local law.

Eligibility is determined by the participant's legal state of residence, not merely their physical location or technical ability to access the website.

Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions does not establish eligibility.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify residency before confirming a winner.

3. Giveaway Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on October 17, 2026, and concludes on November 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Only eligible entries completed during the official Giveaway period will qualify.

Entries received outside this period are ineligible.

4. Entry Limits and Prohibited Conduct

Limit: One (1) entry per person.

Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, automated systems, bots, fraudulent information, or other methods to obtain additional entries is prohibited.

The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate suspicious registrations, duplicate accounts, or attempts to manipulate the entry process.

Entries reasonably determined to violate these restrictions may be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

Selection may be conducted manually or through a random number generator, random selection software, or another impartial randomization method.

The initial drawing will occur on or after November 6, 2026, but no later than December 31, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Selection as a potential winner does not constitute official confirmation of winning.

The potential winner must successfully complete all eligibility verification and prize acceptance requirements before being declared the official winner.

Only one (1) official winner will receive the prize.

6. Winner Notification and Response Deadline

The Sponsor may contact a potential winner through email or another communication method selected by the Sponsor.

The potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial notification being sent.

If the potential winner fails to respond within this period, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that individual and randomly select an alternate potential winner.

The Sponsor is not responsible for missed notifications, spam filtering, incorrect contact information, or communication failures outside its reasonable control.

Sponsor-controlled communication errors will be reviewed reasonably and will not automatically result in disqualification.

7. Identity, Age, and Residency Verification

Before being officially confirmed as the winner, the potential winner must provide satisfactory proof of:

• Being at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• Legal residency in an eligible United States state.

• Compliance with the required LoneStar Casino account registration and affiliate-link entry process.

The Sponsor may request government-issued identification, residency documentation, account registration records, or other reasonable supporting evidence.

Once the Sponsor responds to the potential winner's initial response with a verification request, the potential winner has twenty-four (24) hours to submit all requested documentation.

The Sponsor retains discretion, subject to applicable law, to determine whether submitted documentation is authentic, credible, complete, and sufficient.

If the potential winner fails to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe, the Sponsor may disqualify that individual and randomly select an alternate potential winner.

Reasonable extensions may be granted for circumstances outside the potential winner's control.

Submission of documentation does not automatically establish eligibility or guarantee receipt of the prize.

8. Prize Description and Value

The Giveaway prize consists of one (1) authentic Rolex watch.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $9,900 USD.

The specific model, reference number, condition, year, and configuration will be determined by the Sponsor.

The ARV is an estimate for disclosure purposes and does not guarantee any particular resale value, investment value, or future appreciation.

The Sponsor guarantees that the awarded watch will be an authentic Rolex.

If the originally intended watch becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute another authentic Rolex of equal or greater approximate retail value, subject to applicable law.

9. No Cash Alternative or Prize Transfer

The prize is nontransferable and may not be assigned, sold as a prize claim, or transferred to another individual before delivery.

The winner may not demand that the Rolex be shipped to another person, delivered to an alternative recipient, or exchanged for cash.

No cash alternative will be provided unless expressly authorized by the Sponsor or required by applicable law.

10. Mandatory In-Person Prize Collection and Travel Expenses

The winner must be willing and able to travel to The Woodlands, Texas, United States, to receive the Rolex in person.

The exact prize presentation location, date, and time will be coordinated with the winner following successful eligibility verification.

The Sponsor will cover reasonable, preapproved travel expenses necessary for the winner to collect the Rolex, including round-trip transportation and reasonable accommodations when necessary.

All travel arrangements and associated expenses must receive prior approval from the Sponsor.

The Sponsor may arrange and pay for travel directly or authorize reimbursement of approved expenses.

The Sponsor is not responsible for personal expenses, optional upgrades, additional guests, or other costs not expressly approved.

The winner must cooperate in arranging a mutually reasonable collection date and attend the scheduled prize presentation in The Woodlands, Texas.

If the winner is unable or unwilling to complete the required in-person collection within a reasonable timeframe communicated by the Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the individual and randomly select an alternate potential winner, subject to applicable law.

Reasonable accommodations or rescheduling may be provided for documented circumstances outside the winner's control.

Travel arrangements will not be finalized until the winner has satisfied the applicable verification requirements.

11. Travel Risks and Liability

The winner voluntarily assumes the ordinary risks associated with traveling to receive the prize.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Flight cancellations, delays, or missed connections.

• Lost baggage or travel documents.

• Missed appointments or transportation difficulties.

• Travel-related injuries, illnesses, or accidents.

• Lodging, transportation, or other expenses not expressly approved by the Sponsor.

• Acts or omissions of independent transportation or accommodation providers.

Nothing in these Official Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Prize Acceptance and Release

Before receiving the Rolex, the confirmed winner may be required to execute a reasonable prize acceptance acknowledgment, receipt, applicable tax documentation, and lawful liability release.

Such documents may confirm the winner's eligibility, acceptance of the prize, and acknowledgment of the conditions of the Giveaway.

Failure to complete legally permissible and reasonably required prize acceptance documentation within a communicated deadline may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

No release shall waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Taxes and Required Documentation

The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receiving the Rolex, except for taxes the Sponsor is legally required to pay.

Before receiving the prize, the winner must provide all reasonably requested and legally applicable tax documentation, which may include IRS Form W-9 or other required forms.

The Sponsor may withhold prize delivery until the required documentation is completed and applicable tax-reporting or withholding obligations are satisfied.

Failure to provide legally required documentation within a reasonable, communicated deadline may result in disqualification, subject to applicable law.

14. Fraud Prevention and Investigation

The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, automated entries, identity misrepresentation, false documentation, manipulation of the entry process, or other conduct that may compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.

Where credible evidence warrants investigation, the Sponsor may temporarily withhold winner confirmation while conducting a reasonable review.

The Sponsor may request additional supporting documentation and disqualify entries reasonably determined to be fraudulent or ineligible.

Investigations will be conducted consistently with applicable law and these Official Terms & Conditions.

15. Winner Publicity and Marketing

The Sponsor may request permission to photograph, film, or otherwise record the winner receiving the Rolex.

Any use of the winner's name, image, likeness, voice, or footage for advertising, publicity, or marketing purposes will require separate, affirmative consent where applicable.

Such consent will be documented in a separate publicity release.

Declining optional publicity consent will not, by itself, disqualify an otherwise eligible winner.

16. Technical Failures and Affiliate Tracking

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures outside its reasonable control, including internet interruptions, third-party system outages, corrupted data, or interrupted communications.

Entries must satisfy the required account registration and affiliate-link conditions.

However, where an entrant can reasonably demonstrate that the required registration process was completed and a Sponsor-controlled tracking or technical error prevented proper attribution, the Sponsor will review available evidence and may validate the entry when eligibility can be reliably established.

The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate and correct administrative or technical errors in a manner consistent with applicable law.

17. Disqualification and Alternate Winner Selection

The Sponsor may disqualify a potential winner for:

1. Failure to meet age, residency, or geographic eligibility requirements.

2. Failure to complete the required affiliate-linked account registration.

3. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited entries.

4. Failure to respond within the required notification period.

5. Failure to provide satisfactory eligibility documentation within the required verification period.

6. Failure to complete legally permissible prize acceptance requirements.

7. Refusal or inability to accept the Rolex in person within the established timeframe.

8. Violation of these Official Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

If a potential winner is disqualified, the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner.

This process may continue until one eligible winner completes the required conditions.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor and its affiliates, representatives, promotional partners, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Giveaway.

Nothing in these Official Terms & Conditions limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Official Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of [INSERT APPLICABLE JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply.

Any dispute arising from the Giveaway shall first be submitted to the Sponsor in writing for a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

To the extent legally enforceable, recoverable damages shall be limited to actual, proven direct damages, and claims for punitive or consequential damages shall be excluded.

Nothing in this section restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

20. General Conditions and Sponsor Discretion

The Sponsor reserves the right to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, investigate suspected violations, establish reasonable prize collection procedures, and enforce these Official Terms & Conditions.

Any decision regarding disqualification, documentation sufficiency, or prize collection must be consistent with these rules and applicable law.

The Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway only where permitted by applicable law, including where fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially compromise the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Terms & Conditions.
